Friendship Games
The Friendship Games are a sports ministry event organized through the Central California Conference’s education and youth programs, bringing together Adventist school athletes from across the region for fellowship, competition, and spiritual enrichment. These games feature athletic tournaments—such as flag football, basketball, and volleyball—among senior academy and junior academy teams. Beyond competition, the event emphasizes Christian camaraderie and service; for example, student athletes have partnered with community organizations like the Second Harvest Food Bank to collect food and support local needs during the Friendship Games weekend. By blending athletics with faith-based activities and service, the Friendship Games encourage teamwork, character development, and meaningful connections among participating youth.
