Log in with your username and password.

Start the application (you will see your student name and “Start Application”).

Complete and submit the application. Admissions will contact you about next steps, including any evaluation requirements.

When selecting “Apply to Grade,” choose CVCA Sonora (Sonora, CA).

Returning Students
If your student has been admitted, or you are a returning family re-enrolling for the upcoming year:
1. Log in to FACTS with your existing Family Portal account.
2. Complete and submit the online enrollment packet.
If you are a new family, FACTS will prompt you to create a separate Family Portal account in addition to your application account. This becomes your permanent FACTS account.
Required items list:
• Grades and cumulative files from previous school (CVCA can request with a signed form)
• Copy of birth certificate
• Copy of vaccination record
• Physical
• Optional: TB test as determined by medical provider
• Registration fee
