New Applications

Create your application account in FACTS using the correct campus link above.

Select New enrollees at CVCA

CVCA district code: CN-CA

Verify your email using the FACTS verification link.

Log in with your selected username and password.

Start the application (you’ll see your student name and “Start Application”).

Complete and submit. Admissions will contact you about next steps, including any evaluation requirements.
When selecting “Apply to Grade,” make sure you choose the correct school/campus:
• CVCA (Ceres, CA)
• CVCA Sonora (Sonora, CA)

Enrollment & Returning Students
If your student has been admitted or you are a returning family completing re-enrollment for the upcoming school year:
1. Log in to FACTS using your existing Family Portal account.
2. Complete and submit the online enrollment packet.
3. Submit any required items listed below (in person or by email).
Required items list:
• Grades and cumulative files from previous school (CVCA can request with a signed form)
• Copy of birth certificate
• Copy of vaccination record
• Physical
• TB test as determined by medical provider
• Registration fee
